Message from Our Dean

Eskişehir Osmangazi University Faculty of Health Sciences was established as the Eskişehir School of Health and transformed into the Faculty of Health Sciences in 2015. Since its establishment, it has been an honor and pride to serve at every stage of this faculty, which has a fundamental focus on humans and boasts a qualified, dynamic, and dedicated academic and administrative staff with a deep-rooted history.

Our faculty, which provides high-quality education to young people from all over Turkey and internationally to strengthen their professional aspects, includes active departments such as Midwifery, Nursing, and Health Management, as well as departments like Nutrition and Dietetics, Child Development, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Audiology, and Perfusion.

Especially in recent years, as health services have become more prominent due to the COVID-19 pandemic affecting the world, our faculty has been training health professionals who are employable in health services, have gained specific knowledge and skills in their field, and possess high self-confidence. Additionally, our faculty aims to produce graduates who adopt the core mission and vision of our university, are competent at national and international levels, can solve problems with a professional perspective, respect ethical values, human rights, and dignity, prioritize the welfare of individuals and society, use technology, are modern, research-oriented, open to innovations, and embrace teamwork. Among our goals are also developing and presenting responsibility projects that will benefit society, along with scientific contributions through producing international-level scientific publications and projects.

While I hope that our graduates will contribute to the strength and development of our country's health sector, I wish all our students a healthy, peaceful, and successful new academic year. With these wishes, I extend my gratitude to all my colleagues working in the academic and administrative staff who contribute to the activities of our faculty.

With love and respect.
