The Music Hackathon is a program first organized in Türkiye by Konya Metropolitan Municipality in 2022. The fifth edition of the Genç Kültür Kart Music Hackathon 2026 will take place on November 19–21, 2026, at Atmosfer Bosna, with the grand finale, including a public vote, to be held on November 22, 2026, at Selçuklu Congress Center.

As part of the program, music groups will create original musical works, with their own lyrics and compositions, based on a given theme. Participants must remain within the designated venue for 42 hours throughout the process. All participants' needs will be met during this period.

The works created will compete in three categories—first, second, and third place—during the final event. The winning groups will be determined based on jury evaluations and public voting.

Professional studio recording and arrangement services will be provided for the works created by the groups. The finished works will then be released on digital music platforms by the participating music groups.

The participation requirements and other important details are as follows:

1. Applications are accepted only from groups.

2. Each group must consist of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 members.

3. All group members must be vocalists or instrumentalists and must actively participate on stage during the live performance.

4. Individuals who neither play an instrument nor perform vocals are not eligible to participate in the program.

The application deadline is November 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
