Leadership in Nursing: Scientific, Clinical, Educational Approaches and Leadership in Health Policies Training Project has been awarded support under the TÜBİTAK 2237-A Scientific Training Activities Support Program.
The project entitled “Leadership in Nursing: Scientific, Clinical, Educational Approaches and Leadership in Health Policies Training”, coordinated by Elif Gürsoy, a faculty member of the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences at Eskişehir Osmangazi University, has been selected for funding within the scope of the TÜBİTAK 2237-A Scientific Training Activities Support Program.
The project aims to enhance leadership competencies in the field of nursing by addressing scientific, clinical, and educational leadership approaches from a holistic perspective. It seeks to strengthen participants’ leadership skills in healthcare services and health policy development.
Through the training activities planned within the project, graduate students, researchers, and academics will have the opportunity to further develop their professional knowledge and competencies. The program is expected to make a significant contribution to the cultivation of future nursing leaders who will play active roles in shaping healthcare systems and health policies.
In addition to supporting the development of leadership capacity within the nursing profession, the project is anticipated to contribute to improving the quality of healthcare services and advancing evidence-based health policies.
