The webinar titled “Care Extending from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to Home: The Power of the Family Integrated Care Model” was held on December 24, 2025, via the Google Meet platform. The event was organized with the contributions of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hamide Zengin, a faculty member of the Department of Pediatric Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences; Nursing Master’s student Berna Yücel; and fourth-year Nursing students Yusuf Güler and Betül Karaarslan.
The webinar attracted great interest from midwifery and nursing students, as well as practicing midwives and nurses working in the field. A total of 64 participants attended the event.
As part of the program, a comprehensive and informative presentation on family integrated care was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Öznur Tiryaki, a faculty member of the Department of Midwifery at Sakarya University Faculty of Health Sciences and an expert in family integrated care.
At the end of the webinar, Certificates of Participation were awarded to the participants.
